Yoga is super simple to do and takes up no space. You don't even have to move, per DDP...You're heart rate is jacked, and you're standing still.

I hate when people use broad strokes to say stuff like “working from home will kill US”…. Ive been remote for 17 years and wouldnt work any other way.. just because some people are undisciplined and cant handle WFH doesnt mean it is inherently a “bad thing .”

Most people cant manage their own lives, because the State does it for them.

I work in IT.....so I already sat on my arse at a desk all day to work. I just had to drive somewhere to do it 7 years ago. I even had an apartment a stone's throw from my office at a previous job....so it was essentially like working at home.

I've actually lost 30lbs since 2019. I am more active now because I find shite to do around the house when it's slow at work.

Working from home has given me more time to exercise.

It's not working from home, it was locking people up entirely and psychologically traumatizing at least half the population into thinking we were all going to die. It turns out that caused a lot of depression and anxiety that in turn caused a lot of obesity, suicide, and substance abuse.

This is just more bullshite after the fact to cover up for the terrible choices of policy makers and their horrific consequences. For another example, look at the effects on school children and their academic progress.

My work provides snacks and we have a coffee machine that makes all the coffee drinks you can think of. Working from home is actually healthier for me.

i fail to see how that is a working from home issue, it is way easier to make time for working out without a commute and easier to eat healthy at home then going to the office.

quite the opposite for me; i've been WFH for 17 years and I have better eating and exercise habits here than I ever did in an outside office.

I've worked from home this week and it's been pretty great. I don't give a damn how much of my life it would shave off if I could do this all the time

I've lost 30 lbs in the last year working from home. It just takes a disciplined person.

If ypur commute to work and walking around the office was all the activity that you got in a day, you never had a shot anyway. The office that I worked in was completely stocked with all kinds of junk food and soft drinks that I don't keep at home.

Working from home there is no excuse to take a walk every few hours and get in the sun. I walk my dog 4x a day working from home and still listen to conference calls.

I know the week I worked from home I burned way more calories than in the office

But that was jerking off 7 times a day

Snacking on junk food all day is unhealthy no matter whether you do it at home or in the office.

I'm probably lazier at home than the office but I force myself to workout because I've been inside all day.

If I have a long day at the office I'm more apt to say frick it.

It has pro and cons.
