FIFY. All of those are self-inflicted wounds. Take personal responsibility. If you're working from home (which I am - full remote since 2020), you have zero excuse to not get up and move for at least 30 minutes a day.

This. Ever since I took a remote work job, I am in the best shape of my life because I can workout on my lunch break and eat healthy at home.

No temptation to go out with work colleagues and grab Chinese, a burger, or tacos everyday.

Working from home vs the office wont cure laziness or eating like a pig.

I’m sure it has nothing to do with office leases.

I work remotely and I find time to work out in the chance I'll leave the house and venture out into society once again.......
Seriously spending 30 min commute plus 8+ hours at work and the a 30 min commute back. I save an hour a day from a car ride. People are lazy fu ks all on they're own don't blame remote working

My problem was going into the home office and coming back out at 2AM. Or jumping into car driving to Disney and solving roofing problems. Family loved it….I couldn’t relax. Too close to work.

This may be correct. But the fatties don’t usually have health problems until after they have kids. So their fat people genes remain in the gene pool.

The other day I told my boss I'm ready for WFH to end. I go thru more groceries and generate more trash than I ever did working in the office 5 days.

And our office building is undergoing interior renovations. That means replacing furniture and carpets. They're tearing down walls so we end up with whole new floor layouts. With no place to sit & work, it's WFH five days a week.

So down from last year.
