ETA: The housing market the way it is, $350k for 2400sqft house near Old Metairie seems about right (well having someone murdered in the front yard may bring down the value).

Seems like they are messing up selling the memorabilia with the house. I would bet you could make a good bit of $$ selling that stuff individually online.
