If they have 2 weeks vacation built up, I see no problem with it.
If not, then :you'refiredgif:
Pretty simple

Treat them equally as if a male doesn’t show up for two weeks. FIRE THEM

And women wonder why they’re paid less and promoted less.

so human life is a distraction?

No. The discussion of whether or not a woman should be able to have an abortion is a distraction.

Its midterms.

All the crazies on both sides are out protesting. It seems to be the big news topic, I saw that I had several news notification throughout the day about it.

Should this really be a topic people put their energy into?

Whatever happens people will still find away to do it. Sure not as many, but it will still happen.

If the government all of a sudden made it illegal to own a gun you think people will just give up their guns? Not at all.

There are illegal drugs, does that stop people from using them?

People get killed with guns and by using drugs.

I am just saying, why worry about something that people will still do and the decision to do it is between them, their morals and whoever else in their life it involves.

I don’t think this will go as planned when they see efficiency is through the roof while the women are home pouring about not being able to murder their babies.

They will just expect their husbands to pick up the slack.

Who am I kidding, the woke women participating in this aren't married.

you're saying they should wait until they're born to murder them?

Since it’s all about the woman’s body it would be safer for them to kill the kid after it is born than to have a vacuum stuck up their cooch to suck it out. Smith & Wesson would be less painful for the kid than Hoover. Win/win.

feel like Louisiana should be more torn on this issue. I know plenty of folks raised as Catholic that are pro-life, but will constantly bitch and complain about the economic drain of the lower-class because they constantly birth kids into terrible lifestyles.

Looking at the numbers it’s majority black women between ages of 20-34 getting abortions in Louisiana. These are adults not accepting responsibility.

Highest age group for black women is 25-29 and 20-24 for white women.

And of course black women win the under 15 abortions.

Can't speak for everybody, but my wife isn't taking off a minute of work for abortions. Staunchly pro-life, and can't stand woke bitches that are allergic to responsibility.

That would backfire bigly. Imagine how much more work would get done if you took women out of the work place. I guarantee productivity would jump massively.

Since a woman can get an abortion without the fathers consent, something I think is extremely fricked up, would these women agree to the following?

Abortion is legal, but if the father wants an abortion but the mother chooses to keep the baby, the father is not responsible financially.

Is it their baby or her baby? If it's her baby, then she is responsible. If it's their baby, then he should have a say about its abortion.

I have a feeling these women just want no responsibility for their actions.

Going to be awkward when you all get fired for not showing up to work for two weeks. Alternatively, there's no better way to prove how useless you really are.

Like when we had a government shutdown under jug ears. Nobody even noticed. Except where they closed the National Parks...
