Newsflash: if your guy is a little soft in the middle and likes the Taco Tuesdays and dollar pitcher nights at the local watering hole at 22, he's gonna a full-blown fat-arse at 45.
So were you just a social outcast in college or what? Plenty of people enjoy those things at a young age and don't turn into complete fatasses.

At 45, I was about 50 pounds heavier.
I'm the exact same size and have the exact same build and bf% at 34 as I did at 20, and don't see why that will change all that much in the next decade.... I don't even work out at the moment, I just stay really active.

I love the 'it's all about the money' comments..... these are the chumps that end up meeting and marrying some gold digger that is still fricking the broke arse pool boy.
They tell themselves that they're fat and sloppy because they're so busy working. We all know the truth is that they're fat and sloppy because they eat like shite and spend their free time laying on a couch like a beached whale.

I'm almost 42 and that's a lame fricking excuse. Your metabolism(is believed by many studies***) decreases ~7% per decade beginning at 30. If you're burning 14% less cals at 40 than at 25 and blaming age, you're Fat and full of shite. Is that big a deal to accept you can't eat a large Domino's pizza twice a week and expect not to gain weight?
I'm fat but I know exactly why it is. I eat too much and move too little. Blaming 40 is total bullshite.

Some study said 7 out of 10 women surveyed said they preferred the "dad bod"...
Researcher: "Would you prefer a jobless 23 year old male who's been to jail and has a six pack or a millionaire single male with no kids that's slightly overweight and has a great personality?

I get it to a certain degree. The % of men who are actually fit is pretty low, so you have the majority of women dating dad bod types, if not complete fatasses. Of course they're going to defend them.
But these women are flat out lying if they sit there and say they'd turn down (if single) an attractive, fit man hitting on them purely because they "prefer dad bods". That's the dumbest thing I've ever heard.

Good physical health helps one maintain a happy life. I know it sounds crazy but give it a try.

I think that's a good point.

So there are no happy fat people in the world?
Fat people can't be happy?
WHat are you trying to say here? Either way, you're wrong, I'm just curious which way I should take it.
