Women like money for material security. It doesn't get them wet. Nothing worse than being a monied fellow with a hot gal who fricks around because he isn't attractive enough.

The eating right part is honestly the hard part. Working out is actually enjoyable. But having to go home and shovel down kale and spinach is what sucks. But it's worth the results.

TBH there is something to be said for hitting below your weight with women. They are usually way more dutiful and less prone to give you a bunch of shite.

This is definitely a load of crap. At 22, I was so thin I was nearly transparent.
At 45, I was about 50 pounds heavier. I'm not a lard-arse by any stretch, but there was no way my wife could look at me and envision that I'd be what I am.
Newsflash: if your guy is a little soft in the middle and likes the Taco Tuesdays and dollar pitcher nights at the local watering hole at 22, he's gonna a full-blown fat-arse at 45.
