It's sorta like Rittenhouse being 17 and taking a gun and open carrying in the middle of riots. Was that the smartest decision one can make? Probably not. Does that matter in his case? Not at all, because he was well within his rights to do that.

Same with the biker. You can argue it wasn't the best decision to follow her all the way to her house, but it's not illegal, he's well within his right to do it, so it doesn't matter.

Dumb is believing every word the media prints about an incident without question. The responses in support of Biker Boy all rely upon evidence apparently provided by him or his buddies. Plenty of embellishment of facts in some of the responses as well compared to what has been reported. ie-Wishcasting

Also, incidents like this give gun control nuts far more ammunition than all the murders in Chirac. Do you really think a road rager following a pregnant broad home and then getting into a gunfight with her plays well with the vast majority of the populace?
