Dude. The jokes not funny anymore. This billionaire clown has never lived a single day in his life where he could relate to 99 44/100 percent of Americans. He’s a narcissistic Charleton who says what he thinks will bring him adulation.

Which politician do you think this ISN’T true for? You think lifelong politician Joe Biden is a man of the people? Nancy Pelosi and her 10s of millions of dollars understands what the average American goes through daily?

I think you meant resort, not result. And he and half the country have been saying for months leading up to the election that mail in voting would produce higher instances of fraud. You act like he just made it up after the election because he didn’t get his way.

And there have been many instances of election fraud that have come to light since the election. Has anybody been arrested?

Thank God someone said it.

Anyone that believes any of these politicians in Washington have led a life even resembles ours is either naive or ignorant. At least Trump isn't a career politician like most of them.

There's nothing about any of our recent president's that screams "the working man's president".

While I don’t disagree, Trump was as close to an outsider or “the working man’s president” as we’ve seen in the last 50 years. The reaction to him by the establishment and their unhinged hatred of the man are pretty good indicators of as
Much.

I watched on TV, BLM and antifa burning and looting stores. punching people on the sidewalks. trying to burn a police station with them still in it. guess what. nobody was shot for doing any of that. so explain to me what she was doing that should have gotten her killed!

I'm pretty sure they'd tell you that they just did to her what they should have done to the BLM rioters back during the summer. What blows my mind is that there were several heavily armed police officers in that corridor intermingled with the Trump rioters when she was shot. There were no commands for them to get down on the ground or put their hands above their heads or nothing. And whoever shot her risked hitting the cops who were in the room with the rioters.

A former defense secretary was on TV last night, and he said capitol security was much too pussified in the response.

He reasoned that if you storm the pentagon, they will use lethal force to stop you. If you charge Buckingham palace, guards are there with rifles to shoot you dead. But our security allowed people to invade the seat of US government with only the slightest of resistance, some taking selfies with the people and practically inviting them in. The response should have been many more of them shot or otherwise repelled.

Perhaps we need an announcement that--on a going forward basis--no matter your cause you will be subject to lethal force if you try to invade the capitol, white house, or supreme court.

I live near Washington, D.C. and have mingled around the Capitol Building on multiple occasions since I got here in June 2019. I have never noticed a large security presence. I attended the first Stop the Steal protest back in November just to get photographs. That march ended at the Supreme Court, right next to the Capitol Building, and even then police presence was at a minimum.

Is there any theories as to why Capitol police decided to use deadly force in this one case alone and what precipitated the action?

Possible high value target or information was down that corridor and that line was drawn as a "do not let anyone cross this" line As soon as she stepped over the line, bam. Or it could be as simple as a trigger happy cop, which we see all the time.

Regardless, she unfortunately fricked around and found out. Sorry for her family, but if you storm the Capitol, you better know lethal force is a possibility.

Tragic story. I will bet a coca cola she suffered from PTSD. It does not matter what she thought she should not have been executed by the state without due process. The use of lethal force, while likely "legal" was and is most often uncalled for. Her actions, clearly unacceptable, were not a capital offense.

Semi ironic that her name was Babbitt...seems she followed in the footsteps of Babbitt but unfortunately did not live long enough to realize the folly of her foray into alternative ideology and the added value of life experience gained by stepping out of normality.

That's rule of the mob, and I guarantee you threw a fricking fit when protestors disrupted the Kavanaugh hearings.

funny how when an unarmed black person gets killed by police, the news media always paints them to be some little angel coming home from passing out meals to the homeless. First thing they do with this Air Force vet is make her out to be crazy

She broke into the capital while congress was in session... I’m surprised more weren’t killed and would have been fine with it. What would you expect to happen if you appear to be threatening the lives of some of the highest people in our government?
