TLDR. Woman was pretty hot. But says eating right and being a little active was too hard and made her sad. Now she is fat and lazy and happy and that should be normalized. Everything that is wrong with this country in an article.

She has bipolar and probably depression from the sounds of the article. Ask her again tomorrow and you will probably get a much different story. She has issues that gone beyond weight.

She argues that the instant gratification of not exercising, eating what she wants, etc, removes a lot of stress from her life, therefore she is happier.
And she is right, it's definitely easier. And I'm sure it does make her happier...for a little bit.
But that's just instant gratification. It's "cheap" happiness. It's not fulfillment.
