NEW ORLEANS —
New Orleans police are investigating a reported rape on the 800 block of Saint Charles on Thursday morning.
According to preliminary reports, a woman was attacked around 10:57 a.m. by an unknown man.

There’s a new apartment complex there as well as town homes and apartments above some stores. Was this out in the open or inside a domicile? Doesn’t really make it much better but one is obviously far more brazen.

If this happened, like literally on the street, it's homeless druggie on homeless druggie.
If is happened in one of those nice condo/apartments, it's an alleged "date rape" and I highly doubt the assailant is unknown.
