New Orleans doesn't need cops on the streets, it needs detectives in long sleeve shirts and ties!

I mean they've been raping the taxpayers for decades. But that doesn't mean they have anything to do with this rape.

There’s a new apartment complex there as well as town homes and apartments above some stores. Was this out in the open or inside a domicile? Doesn’t really make it much better but one is obviously far more brazen.

Just when you think BR is gonna win the award for most shocking crime of the day, New Orleans says “hold my beer”.

If this happened, like literally on the street, it's homeless druggie on homeless druggie.

If is happened in one of those nice condo/apartments, it's an alleged "date rape" and I highly doubt the assailant is unknown.
