That's the part that gets me.
The fact that the open grate makes its own visible barricade should kill of accountability.
If she fell into an open pit whose opening is flush with surface and thus harder to see that is different.

bullshite. This broad walked into that hole on purpose. She couldn't even fall in a convincing manner. Terrible, but she'll have a case just because there are no barriers marked. Probably scoped the spot out for days.
