You guys have to deal with this shite because the gym you workout in is a McDonalds playplace.
My gym is a repurposed welding shop. There are no mirrors, even in the bathrooms. The youngest members are in their 30s, and I can't remember the last time I've even seen a woman in there. We have a single treadmill and elliptical for wannabe twinks to do cardio work. The sole machine is a lat-pulldown station.
The one stereo in the place has been playing "Mother" by Danzig on loop at a dull roar for the last 3 years. Lighting is poor. There are a few flickering shoplights overhead, otherwise you have only the sunlight that gets in through the leaky roof and entrance. Because the entrance is an open garage door that typically stays open 24 hours a day, actual wild animals sometimes roam inside.
A proper gym is an austere, joyless place where you go to pick things up and put them down. If you've got complaints about your gym being clogged up with kids and thots, the problem isn't the kids and thots, it's that you picked a sissy gym to train in instead of something resembling a prison yard or a death camp bunkhouse.

It's fascinating to study and depressing to think about.
