The vehicle was stuck in the snow, as Agents were attempting to get it out, Good inserted herself into the situation and the incident occurred. How is that incorrect?
The entire reason the incident occurred is because the vehicle was stuck. Are you arguing semantics about whether it was stuck at the moment of the fatal encounter?
