By Not interfering with a federal investigation.
I’m gonna need to see a lot more evidence of this
Not saying she wasn’t doing it BEFORE the clip we have all seen
But in that clip she’s sitting in her car waving the agents to go around her vehicle
Doesn’t seem very much like interference
Also I read they were driving back to headquarters to prepare for another mission, so I don’t know what exactly she was interfering with at that point.

The border patrol agents are supposed to have local police with them for exactly this reason.

Article I read early yesterday stated she was part of a group trying to block the road.
Given the recent history of these “protestors” and her car being in a position that is blocking traffic, I’d say that sounds about right. But yeah we’ll still need to see more to confirm.
But what I do know is She had no business being there. She put herself in danger and paid the price. She could’ve just gone to work or whatever and had a normal day like everyone else. But no

There is a video of a woman saying that this woman was doing exactly that.

didn't the gf of the idiot killed say she caused her death by getting her to participate in the blockade while she filmed it

Would you agree that it’s an odd move to try and block traffic and simultaneously wave ICE agents around your vehicle?

Yeah, which is why I’d like to see video of her doing it
Because it doesn’t appear she was doing it in the clip we’ve all seen.

I mean it looks like she was waving ICE vehicles around.
Is she a traffic director? What’s your point?

their whole point is to try and disrupt and impede ICE so the fact that she slowed them down was a success to those idiots...i doubt they were going to not move vehicles when instructed to

Anyone else notice the ICE cars don’t look like govt motor pool vehicles? Are they intentionally getting non spec cars to not draw attention or are they just paying these guys vehicle allowances or mileage or something?
They’ve been using rentals for a lot of their operations to “blend in” and be “covert.”

Do I think it was absolutely necessary for the agent to shoot her? No I don’t.
But I have no idea how these agents are trained and I’m not surprised at all that a law enforcement agent opened fire on a moving vehicle towards him.
Again this all could’ve been avoided had she not injected herself and interfered with federal agents doing their job. The blame is solely on her.

That she wasn’t impeding them or their work in that clip
Which means there is a possibility that they didn’t have any legal recourse to swarm her vehicle and try to open her car door**
**based on what we can see, not any hearsay about what happened beforehand

So they could easily get around her (one did) but chose not to?
Sounds like they slowed themselves down

You think she was parked sideways in the street for fun?

so having watched the video finally she turned right away from everyone and was murdered. literally only her life was in danger. i hope that ICE agent gets worse than Derek Chauvin.

She made some bad choices, too, obviously, but if she had made this mistakes with a real cop or anyone properly trained I think she’d still be alive.
You are completely missing the fact that she and many others were there to antagonize these particular cops. The “real” cops are nowhere to be found and made this a more volatile situation.

Then we agree, because if this is how you feel, then everything kinda stops here.
You only shoot someone when it’s absolutely necessary.

You obviously didn't watch the same videos any of us sane people seen. There was an agent directly in front of her vehicle and she accelerated towards him and even made contact. If he stood his ground and didn't move, he would be dead.
Every law enforcement agency In the country considers a 4k pound vehicle coming towards them a deadly weapon. It's really not that hard to understand.
