100% goes forward before turning the wheel.

You clearly see the lady turning her wheel away from the officer, if she wanted to run him over why wouldn't she have stayed straight? I've never seen so many people defend a cold blooded murder.

Example A of white woman emotions.

I’ve advanced slowly the closest perspective. The officer is inline with the left front headlight. When she accelerates, it’s clear her wheels are turned right……..BUT, in the moment, with adrenaline pumping, not sure he could deduce that.
Yeah, I think you're correct. It'll be unpopular, but I think if he'd been a few seconds slower, he's no worse for wear and she's not dead. But he didn't know that. And you can't ask Federal LEOs to train that way, or to rely on being on the good side of a close call, etc.
I think local cops should be willing to take a scrape or nip from the neighborhood golden retriever before gunning them down. But I don't apply that progressive view to crazed people with SUVs.

also look at the tail lights. she reverses, the back-up light are on. then she shifts into drive, the brake light are on the off, and the vehicles tires are facing forward.
Officer is drawing his weapon as the car in in Drive and starts to move...
and in the second angle video it may appear he was even clipped with the car as she sped off.....

Sure they can. If the driver is fleeing and not trying to hurt anyone then they don’t deserve to die. But if the officers, with limited information and split seconds to react, can’t tell the difference between attempting to flee and attempting to run them over, then the shooting is justified.
So, if I point a gun 5 yards to the right of an officer to fire a warning shot with no intention of shooting him, and I get shot...I don't deserve to die? My intentions are irrelevant. I am making a very poor decision and am putting the officer in an impossible position to be able to discern my intentions. So yes, I would deserve to die, just like the woman in the car. She, at the very worst, tried to drive into the officer or thought she could narrowly avoid hitting him. At the very least, she sped away unlawfully without even looking at where she was going, putting other officers (and civilians) in danger. Her actions threatened the lives of others, and just because she is too dumb to realize that, does not mean that she did not deserve to die.

Damn, that’s an awful scene
And this is going to be a massive story.
Was only a matter of time, really.

Why was his gun even drawn for someone trying to flee? Since when is it legal to shoot someone fleeing? To that point, she'd done nothing but block a roadway which, as far as I fricking know, is not punishable by death.
Frightening people who HATE big government, hate the MAN, hate the DEEP STATE, are in this fricking thread rooting on a fricking fed killing a person point blank for no clear reason.
Make it make sense.

This is exactly what the politicians wanted. A member of ice killing someone. Surprised it took this long. They created this stupidity..

Yes. For around a foot and a half it does then turns abruptly. But he couldn’t process that quickly. I get it.
Unfortunate situation.

A "threatening situation" is not the same as having your life in immediate danger.

In a sane world, the result would be people not doing stupid shite like making an ICE officer think they’re going ram them with their car. Instead, it will probably hurt immigration enforcement overall.
