Good for her. She didnt wake up that morning expecting to get snipped by Koepka's drive. Someone should pay for this! Its not like it was a possible outcoming when you attend a golf event and stand 280-330 yards away from the tee box.

The woman hit in the face by a Brooks Koepka shot at the Ryder Cup says she has been left permanently blind in her right eye. Corine Remande, 49, says her "eyeball exploded" after being caught by the American’s drive on the sixth hole on the tournament’s opening day on Friday.

Watching golf on TV is boring enough. Why the hell would someone wanna watch live golf anyway? It's like watching flies frick.

I've only been to the Chitimacha Louisiana Open, but it's pretty fun to sit overlooking the 18th and get drunk

I agree, and the only people that think otherwise have never been to a golf event

Next year she will be sure to keep an eye on the ball so she won’t get hit.

She should put a little flag in her empty eye socket.

This was on Friday. I don't know what time, but there were either 4 or 8 balls in play on the entire course. I have absolutely no sympathy if you can't keep a watch for that BS. Its not like she was standing on a different fairway and there was a shot way out of bounds. She was in the rough on the hole he was playing.

If you are going to a sporting event, pay the frick attention while the ball is in play in your area.

This is all that comes to mind every time the spectators make a cone around a shot off the fairway

This is Louisiana. You can literally drink beer anywhere/anytime.
