How about fricking get over it? It's obvious that it was completely harmless and wasn't even intended for her. There's always got to be people like this that have to pretend to be aggrieved and can't get over it. I'd never even heard of this restaurant before but now I want to go check it out.

My friend Creed got banned from the McDonalds in LaPlace. He was a great with impressions, especially Richard Pryor. We were ordering in the drive through and he wanted to order first so he said "let me order N***ah" in his best Richard Pryor voice.
Well the black lady working the drive thru thought it was meant for her and yelled back "who you calling' N***ah"? We sped away and tried to go back into the store a bit later but she chased us out.
Nobody, at least to my knowledge, called their lawyer.

She was probably hoping that some white person did it so she went to the news and they discovered some black guy did it so she’s just trying to save face.
