Note makes no sense, which is the only thing that leads me to believe it may be a hoax.

bullshite. If she was raging and followed the teen there, then she had ample opportunity to frick the car up then. No female in that situation is going to leave a note filled with obscenities and the N word just to threaten to do something later.

People should drive better but unless they hit my car or had some piece of junk they were hauling it my car I’m not following someone any where.

Considering how morons drive I wasn't bothered by anything in the note right up until the end there. She just couldn't stick the landing
