Most of these stories about racism are 100% hoaxes unless it was on camera. Video or it didn't happen.

How is it criminal mischief? There's no permanent damage to the car if all she did was leave a paper note*.
*In Florida, criminal mischief is what the state calls vandalism. Maybe the statute is more inclusive there.
