These cars move to and fro, banging the couplings with any slight movement of the engine, forward or backwards. None of that means the train was actually going anywhere

BR has been bad for along time.
You just never heard about it.
No one reports about 2 black males walking in the street with AK’s shooting up a duplex full of Latinos watching the World Cup to rob them.
It was like the Wild West gun fire everywhere. No one cares because it is a poor area and expected. This did not make the news.
No liberal clutching pearls cares until an LSU student gets killed in a rough part of town on Government Street.
Then every liberal soccer mom wants something done.
The problem is the judges, the DA, and BRPD allowed this to happen. Now it is getting worse affected white LSU students.
Now we need to do something?
Shouldn’t we have done something years ago when Latinos got shot up by black males in BR?
Shouldn’t we as a community demanded action when bad areas were having high murder rates?
Instead people turn the other eye while liberal judges get elected and we keep a weak DA in office. We also have a worthless leader leading BRPD in the ground.

In every high profile murder, police are flooded with "tips", most are bs or people looking for attention.
Has this guy's friend come out to collaborate his story?
Or maybe there is video evidence the police have to disprove what he is saying.
Why is he running to the media so fast? The most obvious answer is he wants attention.
He may be legit, but treat him with skepticism until he's proven so.
I actually agree with you because of 1 piece of information that doesn’t make since. The witness said the train was stopped and the 2 perps went and climbed between the train cars to get on the other side of the train. When you listen to the shoot spotter the train is clearly moving at a steady pace when the shots happen. Maybe the the witnesses timeline is off a little but those 2 pieces of info clearly conflict with each other.

Profiling makes sense, complete sense, in the aspects of patrolling and investigations. Not so much for arrests- but you have to patrol/monitor and investigate before arrests.
But once ground was given there, the left will take it to the next level where once "profiling" was established as racists, using demographic data in any sense becomes profiling and hence racist.
It's just like PC speak- go back and look at the arguments over language and see where we are today on the subject. CA banned the word "alien" in the 90's; that's because the constitution specifically uses that word, it wasn't virtue signaling. Now, since the word "alien" isn't used that article can not be applied and has resulted in decriminalization of illegal immigration.

Except the witness says there was a timespan of minutes between seeing the perps and the shots being fired:

Shot 10 F*cking times by total strangers for doing absoluting nothing but being in the wrong place at the wrong time. Makes me sick that these animals are still walking around .
If you have young kids high school or college and live near a major city that is full of Democrats you best be telling them to not be out at anytime past 10pm near these areas because these thugs are hunting with nothing to lose.
