re: With the ban looming, what do you think happens with THC beverages?

Psychosis
This is a case report, not evidence of population-level risk — it documents possibility, not probability. By that logic, alcohol should’ve been banned decades ago, because someone with no tolerance who drinks an entire case of beer can absolutely end up psychotic, violent, or dead. We don’t ban beer; we regulate it, label it, and expect adults to understand moderation. Millions of people consume delta-9 THC without incident, and these rare outliers conveniently ignore dosage, tolerance, mental health variables, and polydrug use. Funny how these scare stories always surface right when THC beverages start cutting into alcohol’s market share.

Yeah, and the so-called "vaccine" for covid (which is actually experimental gene therapy), along with the 70+ recommended vaccines for infants/toddlers are all "approved and highly researched" by all the "experts".
I'll draw my own conclusions from anecdotal evidence thank you.
It is as reliable as the so-called "experts". frick the AMA/FDA/CDC/NIH etc...

after consuming 8 mg of ?9-THCP
8 mg of THC-P is a shitton of weed. Coming from my own experience & multiple smoke shop employees who've discussed it with me - it is far, far stronger than regular weed and certainly far stronger than the legal & formerly legal delta 8 & THCA products.
I dont know if a heroic dose is the best thing to use for benchmarking.

Because they are being paid to keep them illegal.

If you think thc is bad wait until you hear about all the terrible things alcohol does to you.
When are we banning that?
When are we banning that?

Here's the adult way of taking the edge off. Find out what is causing you to be edgy and work on that. It might make you a much better person in the process.
Oof. The limited govt conservative strikes again.

Mainstream use of THC is here whether you like it or not. The people you expect and least expect are using it. Just like everything else, trust your sources and use in moderation.

As if you need to pull some strings to sell alcohol at a casino? Impeccable logic.
He has made and his company still makes huge deals with alcohol companies to supply all of their resorts and hotels.
You don't think shite like that gets negotiated regularly? Like everything else related to suppliers, yes it does.

you’re not going to see broad legalization at the federal level

We should ban sugar. Or at least only sell sugary products to those of age to decide if they want to poison themselves.
Dems and pubs subsidize the sugar industry to the tune of $4B a year, and there might be 100 Americans that give a shite. We ain't doing nothing to the sugar industry.

How would the pro D9 THC crowd argue this?
So there are a few such cases vs the thousands of cases daily of violence, self-harm and even death via alchohol?
This is such a shite argument. If your rally cared about safety alchohol wouldn't be readily availible... but they dont...they just wanna keep the right lobbies happy

Im still waiting on states to ban gasoline and paint thinner. Got to protect those folks from the dangers of huffing these products.

use in moderation.
There is a percentage of the population who do not have the ability to moderate. When they have access they use/drink too much. When that happens they do completely stupid and sometimes highly dangerous things that have painful and long lasting consequences for the people who are harmed by them when they use too much. Who steps in for them? Nobody.

Owning resorts and casinos requires you to have close relationships with alcohol CEO’s? As if you need to pull some strings to sell alcohol at a casino? Impeccable logic.
You seem like the kind of sucker people would love to negotiate with
Here's how what they're talking about works:
-Trump owns lots of hotels & casinos - places filled with people looking to party & drink alcohol.
-Alcohol CEOs know this & know he represents a lot of potential business.
-They cut a deal to make sure Trump is selling their brand in particular.
Result? Trump gets a superior price on his supplies. The alcohol company gets a bunch of guaranteed demand & even has an easier time budgeting with a guaranteed X number of sales through Trump Inc.
Trump & his team (and every other business) are doing this with their entire supply chain. It's one of the best ways to build competitive advantage.

Thcp is an entirely different animal. I lost 2 days of my life off 10mg of that shite.
I enjoy the lolli cherry colas that have 10mg of regular hemp derived thc
