I'm still pissed at WBRZ. Note the update on page one. The snow definitely did NOT stick on the roads!

Great job on the prediction. Does this mean a colder and longer winter?

It really is amazing. This is their profession. Anyone could see what the computer models were showing, and yet they totally dismissed the possibility.

Just remember for next time- trust the models, not the arrogant local “experts”.

Helluva weather prediction BB88. You're like the anti-Peej. Or anti-Pat Shingleton I guess since Peej has now been doxxed.

Anything else on the horizon?

Nothing good on the horizon as far as models go. Setting into a trend putting snow across the Midwest into the northeast. In the way out, the mountain west starts to get some snow.

ell, last night on WAFB's 10 PM news they showed a graphic of snow amounts for about 7 or 8 nearby towns/cities.

I don't remember all of the totals but Liberty, Miss. had the most with 7".

That graphic might be on their website or Facebook page.

If you scroll down to the bottom of the article in this nola.com link there's a chart with about 25 locations and their snow totals.

I've copied and pasted the chart below but the formatting is crap....

Woke up without power and the house at 45 degrees yesterday. Still have no power. This is why I hate the cold and snow

What was BR’s official total? Anything over 3.2 would make it the highest snowfall since 1940
