Same here in lower Pointe Coupee. Did a walk about in the woods.

Still coming down, but melting off faster.

Has WBRZ commented on the "no accumulation" they were predicting from yesterday over and over again? Pat is hopefully passing out coats to kids.

RG3 or whatever he calls himself said no snow at all.

Gotta love meteorology. The only job on the planet where you can be completely wrong 50% of the time.

I remember that snow in 87. Was living in Builtmore Subdivision in Central. Neighbor was from Norway and built an actual igloo

Snow is fun to play in for a couple hours. Then I'm done with it until next year.

I'm with nurse on this one. It's nice to see in the mountains in the distance, or to take the occasional trip into...then, go away from it.

Will that "precipitate" into some flurries? The way it looks now, the chances are extremely low. The probability is probably in the single digits. I personally don't see enough evidence to suggest that it will be quite cold enough to see snow, nor wet enough to see snow. Winter forecasts are very finicky so something can change in the next 48 hours, however I do not expect any sort of weather precipitation.

Solid prediction RG3. Maybe he should stick to playing football?

Your being kind aren't you? They can be wrong 100% of the time and it won't effect their employment.

Remember earlier this week when everyone was scoffing at the 5” prediction, well... we are over 3.5 with more snow falling.

Just breaking balls. I know full well these things aren't predictable, especially down south.

Exactly. I can use all the cute snow clothes I bought that I have stored away once a year. Drive into Flagstaff for the day, play in the snow with the dogs, drive back and feel sorry for everyone that lives there and has to drive daily in that crap and shovel their driveways, etc. frick all that nonsense

I can remember the snow event in BR in 87 that was mentioned. Playing in the snow in jeans sucks real quick I remember
