Every time I think this is slowing down it picks right back up. This has got to be more snowfall than 2008, right?

Most definitely with that last band we had. That was a ton of snow

New Orleans is just wet and cold, some small amount of sleet, no snow. So we are all at work.

Current radar. Doesn't show whether or not it's snow, but helps gauge the intensity if it's snowing where you're at.
ETA - Let me try to fix that image.

Weird to see my blooming azaleas in the pot covered in snow

At College and Corporate, it has barely been snowing for the last 30 minutes. I wish I would see more. When I left to come into work from Denham at 6:30, it was coming down the entire way driving in. More snow than I've ever seen in my life. Driving through it, barely being able to see 10 feet ahead of me due to snow, was surreal. It was accumulating on the street, outside of the tire marks.

Weather.com shows the snow ending at 10 and switching to rain. I’d much rather this move out than have rain on top of the snow. It will all wash away so fast. Hoping that will end up wrong.

2008 had a lot more snow at our house in Mandeville. But 50 miles north of here right now... that's a lot of snow!
I remember in 2008 it snowed almost all day though too.

Is this snowy weather triggering your seasonal depression? Feeling like a bear in hibernation? Visit PJ's for all your caffeine cravings, and the warmth you desire. Tis the season for caring and coffee, and a whole lotta traffic.

Rain and sleet at 34* in Houma, but no snow yet. So close.
