I just watched the video. When she says "family event" does she mean that it is "family friendly"? That's what it sounds like she means, but either way it is kind of a bitch move to give her a ticket for wearing what she has on.
She says they are handing out beer, but what she has on is considered not to be "family friendly"?
I think this is more of a misuse of power case.
