Looks only about 75. What's he taking? That chubbiness has served him well all these years.

This does seem to be the key to a long live. I know a 94 year old lady.. She is a widow. She always loved mowing her grass.. She lives on two acres. So its 2 acres minus her house and car port and a shed. Last year her family had to put a stop to her mowing and limit her driving. Evidently they stopped her from mowing because she fell off and cut herself.. Nothing major and she swears her falling off had nothing to do with her age, but once that happened she started having health related problems and now pretty much has a foot in the casket.
If her mowing her yard makes her happy, who gives a shite of she accidently fell off and stretched herself? If she hits something and something happens that kills her.. She died what she enjoyed doing, but there does seem to be something to this. Sometimes you will hear about someone who retires and they are in good health then 2-3 years later they have a major health issue and pass away. But staying active might be the closest there is to a fountain of youth.
