I may be lucky, but every time I have been to a DMV it's been less than 30 minutes for the whole process.

the Federal Department of Education is my nominee....cannot spell timely, responsive, competent....talk about a black hole....'it may take us 30 days to respond to your e-mail'....are you kidding me!!!! Worse, the matter I have before them could take 18 MONTHS for a determination...SHEESH

A lot of notary offices issue licenses, titles and plates, now. Just a FYI.

If you just need a tag, then you can go to several independent notaries around town.

Pretty much the same for me. Even though it seems like the worst of humanity is there all the time I seem to be in and out fairly quickly.

There's rarely a line and all of their workers are working. Pretty sure it's privately owned. But it's legit and way faster and way less of a headache
