My home gym is open 24/7.

You can hang clothes on it 24/7 as well.

Definitely more cost efficient to invest in a rack, Oly bar, and plates. Also got adjustable dumbbells.

I think they figure their members are immune to everything since it’s so filthy.

I had to laugh. Went to Southdowns location one day last week where they had a sign on the door about all of the precautions they are taking due to the virus. Locker room soap dispenser was out, no paper towels, and hand sanitizer empty.

They need to close down. Gyms rank 2nd to daycare centers in transmission of infection.

If your gym isn't closed, you should likely still avoid it. Do pushups/situps and go outside and run.

There is no reason to go to the gym at the moment. Be part of the solution - not part of the problem.

Things change quickly. Just got this.

Man, we did NOT want to do this...... but since many gyms across the country are being forced to close, we will halt classes this week and reevaluate for next. BUT.....

It doesn’t mean we’re not going to train. We will be doing classes in Spark (our app) and Zoom Meeting where we will do a class and you can log in from home so we can see you train .

Oschner Fitness Center is still open, but they are monitoring the situation. They put in stricter "wipe down" policies last week.

I was a "germaphobe" before this. Now, I burn more calories wiping shite down than I do in 10 rounds of boxing.
