That might me the best part for the defense of his testimony for this witness. The of his testimony so far was all pro prosecution.

Chad is obviously trolling with some of his responses. But yes, trolling Chad would not make it on my jury either

Cacioppo says he didn't see Hayes talk to a white man in glasses after the shooting -- this seems to the off-duty cop who spoke with Hayes while on a call to 911, catching some statements from Hayes on tape. Cacioppo says Hayes' 1st human interaction post shooting was with first on-duty officer on the scene, Amanda Williams.

Cacioppo under re-direct by ADA Laura Rodrigue. Rodrigue asks him to repeat that the hand checking remind him of a 'high school fight.'

A couple of times now prosecutors have said Richard Hernandez was interested in a fistfight -- not a gun battle -- before Smith's shooting.
remember cacioppo said this was like a highschool fight that little white guy was the one being held back the entire time...

pause? 9 shots in 10 seconds. there wasnt much pause. he shot twice, smith probably fell into the vehicle and still moving so he re-aimed and shot till he didnt have any bullets left.

Cacioppo says that when Smith and Hayes were "hand checking" each other, Hayes was trying to defend himself. Says that Smith was aggressive.

Well that would be pretty goddamn bad for him if that's the scenario that sticks

How?
But Hayes being the calmest one on the scene, while the Smith party are the angry ones, would make some believe they were aggressors, which may have led to him then fearing for his life

This is true...but I THINK Hayes knew it was going south cause he neutralized RS to keep her from retrieving weapon from the car after shooting her husband 7-8 times. Hayes' pistol model held 12 rounds fully loaded. 2 at RS, 8 at WS, maybe 1 miss in door. That 11. 1 round?
