The amount and speed of the rate hikes were an overreaction to inflation caused by the overreaction of COVID policies that crippled the global economies without much consideration. Not saying either of those things should have had no response at all, it's the just the responses for both were way too...
Winters in Florida and summers in Montana would be my choice....

I read this post and chuckle. My kids are old enough that I don't need to worry about coaching anymore. I will say this for certain. Those younger years are the absolute best and will fly by. Unfortunately this fact is lost on a lot of parents and they'll waste them by complaining and getting pissed...
The only way get real increases is to look for another job. I've been working professionally for over 25 years and the process is simple. I've worked for companies that required signing non-compete and non-recruit clauses. I've seen both obviously violated on multiple occasions but nothing ever pursued. They felt more like deterrents than anything else....
