The bar owner life is hard, and even harder if you aren't running it yourself.

Is it considered drive through if you set up a Sonic style place? Where a server brings out your drink? That could be something new and fun. Plus, a new place to knuckle check.

I would assume you would need another revenue stream other than strictly selling daiquiris, especially in a state where they aren’t as popular as in LA. It seems like you would need to sell a shitload of daiquiris to have 8-10 machines running at all times
