What if she needed to get somewhere so some special children were waiting for her to meet their hero, her husband. And they had to get back to the hospital for chemo.

Back to reality. She was across the road, no wrecks. Yet the cops all decide to leave their position of handling traffic, so they can arrested a harmless woman, and put safety of others in traffic and walking in jeopardy.
Those cops are there to handle traffic, period.

CSB, but for the McNeese game that never happened, they had a cop working the intersection at Dalrymple and Highland. He was the one directing cars every couple minutes.. basically working as a traffic light.

Like all games, everyone assumed he was doing this due to the foot traffic. Ya know, like they do for baseball games where they manipulate the light and step into the road so cars know to stop and pedestrians can cross.

As I'm waiting behind him for it to switch and it be our turn to walk, he says to us/the people waiting near us, "What are y'all waiting for? I'm not going to stop these cars for you. You have to gun it if you want to make it." It was the weirdest thing because the way he was positioned and waving the cars through made it seem like he was going to stop the never-ending line at some point for pedestrians waiting next to him. But nope. He wanted people to just run? in front of the cars.

No idea what he was put there to do.. but he definitely wasn't making the intersection safer for anyone. Would have been safer for him to go home and them turn on the damn traffic light.

Was he the real fat one,with a buzz cut?
