Tell her you have needs and ask her how she expects you to fulfill those?
First find out if it’s emotional or physical I.e has she lost interest in sex with you or maybe finds you unattractive? Maybe you need to work out, or do something to show you care. If it’s physical and sex is painful or uncomfortable then she should see a doctor about getting that fixed.

Glad to see some positives in this thread. I always pull for couples to make it. I hate seeing or reading about breakups. It's a chicken shite way of doing things, but that's just my opinion. The only way out is if one or both people are emotionally or verbally abusive, drug addicts, alcoholics, or violent towards one another. Everything else can be fixed, if there is a desire to do so.
Our society is a disposable, throw-away society. And unforunately, too many people think the same way about their marriage.
