Absolutely - I'm 80 and my wife (no pics) is 79. We still enjoy sex. Maybe not as frequently as 40 years ago, but enjoy it nevertheless.

Op, I’m late to the party, but get as involved in this as possible. Ask to go to her docs appts and show her support. Do everything you can.
Because I have a friend that had a similar circumstance with his ex. Same story. He asked to go to docs with her, counseling and she refused. Said it was her issue to deal with. Finally he figured out that she didn’t want to have sex with him because she was banging a coworker every day.
Not saying your old lady is cheating, but women don’t just declare they don’t like sex anymore. So if there’s something wrong with her, support her and help her get thru it. Therapist can be a big help there. Because otherwise, she’s banging someone else, and you need to protect yourself.
