At this point I think it’s pretty obvious these drones are ours.
The only thing to figure out is why.

If the benefit of doing this at night is to avoid being seen, what’s up with the “hey look at me” lighting?
Because having a shite ton of drones in the air with no lights and commercial flights is a disaster waiting to happen.

One thought I had that I haven't seen discussed is this could be AI training, like Tesla's Full Self Driving. If they plan to deploy these they may need more real world testing. Night time helps keep it more secret, they are just blurry lights on social media instead of clear 4k video of top secret military drones. The lack of coordination with local authorities could be part of the testing so they figure out how to react to police drones checking them out and random baws shooting BBs at them. Someone on twitter had pointed out how New Jersey is an area designated for drone testing.
Other than so many higher ups publicly lying about not knowing what's going on, this seems to fit the facts, and you can possibly justify the unreasonable amount of disruption caused by showing how badly prepared we are are to deal with a drone threat (the psyop for passing legislation angle). The level of disruption is pretty extreme so it's not a perfect fit, but it doesn't require that many leaps or conspiracies to be true.

A lot of it is fake. 99.9999%

At this point I'm convinced that of all the videos from the last two weeks, 50% of them are planes either taking off or landing being viewed from straight on and 40% of them are just old video. 7 of the remaining 10% are faked, and the last 3% are just hobby drones.
There's nothing here. This is social media manufactured frenzy.

I can see this. I’m sure at some point the thought occured to our military that the only way to fight an a.i. army of these things is with one of our own, which will eventually need real world testing.

I’ve built and raced drones for years. It’s very simple to make a drone that’s invisible and undetectable to people on the ground. Most I’ve what I’ve seen is shite you buy from Best Buy or actual full sized airplanes.
My vote is it’s people having a laugh making the news.

If you've read Ender's Game then you know how this story, umm, ends.

They are the size of a car and up to a school bus. That would cost millions. I don’t think it’s hobbyists.

If you choose to believe that a person can estimate the size of a drone in the air reliably then yes that would be expensive. We all know how reliable the public is.

Have yall forgot about the CEO killing yet?
I've been up almost 48 hours flying these damn drones.

Especially considering that at least 90% of the vids shared on social media are of planes or helicopters.

My guess: these are commercial drones using industrial sensors. Somebody is looking for something. Somebody as in “the government”. Chemical leak? Lost something important? Nuke? No idea, but I’m thinking the man is looking for something important enough to not worry about being subtle about.

That's another old video. The first time it popped up seems to have been in Mexico, this time it is in New Mexico. The pic has been mirrored from the original.

How would you go about purchasing, organizing, launching and operating 50 drones the size of SUVs launched from the Atlantic that are able to fly over secure military airspace with impunity and without being caught for a month?
