Why is my car making this noise?

I think something may be wrong with the alternator or power steering pump. but if you watch the video you'll hear the noise.
The car is a 2005 G35 infiniti. Its got about 155K miles on it.

You’d be better off finding an automotive forum outside of TD. There’s probably some Infiniti specific forums out there.

Had a similar issue on my 2005 .... ended up being a $7500 fix. Turns out the blinker fluid caked up and the whole unit needed to be rehauled and replaced. Thankfully I found a trustworthy mechanic who helped me through it. Hoping to get another 30k miles out of ole Trisha.
