You like cooking, but not every day because you don't have to cook, and that explains why women can't or don't cook, and it's getting worse at every passing generation to the point where cooking food is being seen as magical and mysterious to them when it's done proper and good,,,, because it's a foreign concept.

i do all the cooking, and i enjoy cooking and i'm much better than her.
but i did tell my wife, one thing i will not do is tell my kid i have to go inside to cook so i can't play outside with you anymore.
i don't mind cooking in the winter b/c it gets dark early, but f cooking in the summer when i can be outside with my kids while she stays inside playing on her phone or whatever.

Thats why I don't sleep at her place. BUT she does cook like a boss.

It's getting harder to find people in general who can cook these days. A lot of people rely on eating out and frozen dinners and the like. I'm only an ok cook, and I'm probably better than the vast majority of people.

I agree with that to an extent, but any moron can make serviceable meals. Today, many would lead you to believe tacos or spaghetti is a difficult proposition.

My wife can cook pretty well, but so can I. Usually we cook together but sometimes one of us will cook for the other.
In general I'm better with proteins, and she is better with baked goods.
