Flew into the Oakland airport
The Starbucks had a quality of service that I was very use to. The native cali people in line seemed appalled at the lack of customer service.
I appreciated that they helped my homesickness. Still it would have been nice to turn off the Bluetooth headset cellphone call for a few minutes

I have lived in Iowa 2 and a half years. The ice cream machine at Mcdonald’s has never been down. I think we have gotten our order wrong maybe once at a CFA. Other than that it’s been awesome.

And if you think the south is bad, try out west. Those jobs tend to be filled by illegals who can’t speak English.
