I had a chicken sandwich many decades ago from another chain that was dry, bland, and just not enjoyable.
I finally tried CFA about 2-3 years ago and I found it moist, delicious, and will choose one while traveling every so often. I have not been disappointed yet. I must say their lemonade frosty is quite delicious as well.

Fast food that’s actually good. Even during the lunch rush I get in and out in just a few minutes. Their employees are actually nice and seem to actually care that customers get good service and are satisfied.

It is the goat fast food restaurant as far as customer service and speed. However I don’t find the food mind blowing or anything. There are other places with better chicken/ chicken sandwiches

If CFA went 24hrs like many McDonald's locations have done - they would put McDonald's out of business in 90 days.

Well the actual biscuits themselves are trash and taste like detergent anyway.
There's only 2 proper ways to eat a CFA biscuit:
1. Remove chicken from biscuit. Throw biscuit in trash where it belongs. Just eat delicious chicken
Or
2. Just order chicken minis instead

Because when you place an order they seem like they want to make your experience nice and smooth. And you don't have to repeat your order 4 times to them and still have it screwed up when you get your items in the bag thrown in like it was garbage.

It's good and convenient and consistent. I could care less about the politics behind it.

More to it than this. Most of the fast food places around here are staffed by white people and the same holds true: Popeyes and most of the others have shitty service And Chick Fil A stands out for having good service.

One of my neighbors recently told me that he goes to In N Out because "they don't flaunt their religion like Chick Fil A does." I laughed loudly and said, "someone's never Googled In N Out bible verses." I got an angry expletive laced text from him 2 hours later.
Regarding CFA, I love their product, even if it's a little pricey for my liking. Also, it's nice not to need an English translator when talking to the drive thru person. The last time that I came home to visit, I went to the Popeyes on Transcontinental near W. Esplanade and I'm STILL trying to figure out what that lovely lady working there was trying to say.
I've heard rumors of select CFA locations that do buffets. If anyone can verify this...PLEASE tell me where they're located. ROAD TRIP!!!

Their food is overrated. Always a long arse line for why? It’s isn’t anything special. For fast food of course it’s better than McDonald’s and all of that shite but it’s like a C+ overall and people hype it up.
Their service is fantastic and they are very high on cleanliness. I get hyping up that part, the food is nowhere what it’s hyped up to be and never will.
