Sorry, but the OP asks a legit question. Why should anyone listen to Gates about vaccines or matters of health generally? I get that he is rich and has funded a lot of health initiatives, but so what? I heard Gates speak once. Not impressive at all. I don't care that he has a lot of money. I may listen to what he has to say about software or entrepreneurship, but that's about it.
