Why in the h*** is there a convoy on the causeway

Can anyone explain to me why there's a convoy on the causeway right now for no apparent reason? This is absolute bullshite.

Why you posting and driving on the causeway baw. It's people like you that drive off the road and make the government raise the toll to build higher walls in the name of safety.

They didnt start it until a couple miles after the construction which is right at the beginning of the bridge.
