So I'm guessing this has something to do with this butt cold weather but as of like 2 hours ago my hot water is out. The water heater is running fine but no hot water. Some of you hand baws tell me what's going on?

Check the thread from Monday.
SPOILERS...
You hot water line through your uninsulated attic or below your raised house is frozen.

Will running the water help speed up the process or do I just have to wait until it unfreezes?

Do the outlet pipes by the water heater feel hot when you are running a hot water faucet?

If it was frozen wouldn't I be getting no water at all?

Build a fire under your trailer. Single or double wide?

There's nothing that you can do now. It's up to when God wants Spring to come.

I know this has got to be a troll job, but on the remote chance that you're really this clueless...
If you're getting nobwater at all, the pipe is probably frozen.
If you're getting cold water out of the hot water faucet, let it run longer. The pipes are cold.
If you continue to get cold water after about five minutes, it's a problem with your water heater.
If gas, check pilot light.
If electric, check circuit breaker and see if you don't have a red "reset" button inside one of the panels on the side of the water heater.
Good luck. It's way too cold for a cold shower.

Yeah this happened a few days ago to me when it got down to single digits. Pikot light was out on the water heater
