Imagine if people still smoked. We would not even average 70 years“

People do still smoke. Lots of them.

I don’t know how most of them can afford it. I was in line behind some woman at the gas station yesterday and her carton of cigs was like $117.

Bingo. Combine this with poor diet and no exercise and that's it.

Average life expectancy is being held down by record high overdoses and climbing number of murders.

The smarter people with better careers can keep their kids out of trouble, help them maintain a healthy lifestyle, and teach them to take care of themselves as an adult. Those families have 1-2 kids. Maybe 3 at most.

That’s a problem. The right people aren’t having enough kids and their dumber counterparts are having too many.

Opiates, fat, and diabeetus has been around for awhile. Whats new since 2019 is covid, fentanyl, and jabs. Could also throw in increase in killins.

Nothing wrong with eating it as long as you don't binge on it day after day.

Guys my age worked 80 hour weeks of hard jobs. Made us strong and tough.

Imagine today ...

If a kid has to share a bathroom with a sibling, VS a single privy (outhouse) with maybe 15 or 30 close relatives

Kids had to work a farm from about 2 hours before sunup to about 2 hours past sundown 6 to 7 days a week.

Social media was only for young kids and involved 2 cans and a string

Hard candy was a special treat and only about 3% of the US had the Beetus

Cops took you home because the butt whuppin you got from mom first, then dad when he got home was way tougher than Cops taking you to jail

Air conditioning meant running a draw fan and night then sealing the house in the morning to stay cool
