Actually frying those frozen fries in oil at your house is damn near exactly like getting them at rally's (not that there is any reason it shouldn't be). We'd get them every once in a while and bake them. Then one day we fried fish or something and just decided to fry them and I realizedjust how much we'd been missing out on.

I got a quarter pounder from McDonalds the other day for the first time in a while. It was as is they don't even try anymore. Bread was stale, the patty was lukewarm.

I ate at a rally's by my high school multiple times a week. I was done. To say the least by the time I graduated. They do have a unique flavor though. I think a big Buford gave me food poisoning once so that kind of turned me off.

OP is talking about the one on Carrollton or Louisiana without a doubt. They are simply waiting areas to get shot.

That's a shitty question.

Better question:

Why are there fast food restaurants with different names?

Checker's - Rally's

Hardee's - Carls Jr.

Yeah really. If I get a drink from Burger King with only 3 cubes of ice in it one more time...

And add to that no straw in the bag, no napkins, food tastes like shite if even the order is correct, and to top it all off I waited for 10 mins while they're all talking it up and laughing in there.

Wait, you are saying that a glorious gut bomb greasy Rally's burger is worse than the cardboard that McDonald's serves?

WTF?

I used to love Rally's as a kid in Memphis. I was thrilled when they opened the one up by East HS so I didn't have to go to the Orange Mound location anymore.

The Rally's combo was $1.99. I haven't been to one in 15 years- is the combo now $3.99? Do they still have the huge arse cup of French fries (it was like 44oz)?
