Why does pulling out nose hairs make you sneeze?

Yes I am old and yes I trim them but sometimes one sneaks by.

I've never had that happen. Maybe try to hold your breath while you're pulling.

You shouldn't pull them, trim them. Pulling can cause serious infection.

Its never made me sneeze, but plucking a nose hair gives me an adrenaline rush. Falling asleep at work, just pluck a nose hair.
