Why does our legal system treat people differently ?

I have always tried to have a healthy relationship and respect for law enforcement. However it really bothers me when people get treated differently from what is defined by law.
I don't think your race, age, sex, or religion should matter. I think your behavior and actions should matter.
And what really stirred me up today was another teacher student affair thread. This is obviously a problem.
Collectivist mindset that some groups aren't innocent or are above guilt is terrible. As a matter of fact, it's a COMMUNIST practice. Only communist treat people are as homogeneous groups with no individualism.
The authorities will never take it seriously because a woman is doing it to a man. It's still rape. It's still a violation of whatever professional tenants were established.
Rant over.

All I can say is I just wish I was one of the victims.

We can discuss this, but you're going to have to settle down.

Two main reasons.
1. The more money someone has the better lawyers they can afford.
2. States like Louisiana elect judges.

I can't decide what voice to read your posts in. It's usually somewhere around this:

Most crimes have minimum and maximum punishments where if convicted would fall somewhere in the range. Granting someone a lesser sentence, fine, or other punishment is based largely on the character of accused and severity or intentions of the crime but within the allowed range of the law.
If someone is an outstanding citizen and makes an honest yet illegal mistake maybe they are shown more mercy by the courts than someone who deliberately caused harm. Bottom line is it’s case by case and rarely are two cases idental. The mistake is lumping people into racial or economic groups and drawing conclusions based only on that data and not the individual case.
The only obvious court biases I’m aware which are of great concern are divorce courts and certain liberal area circuit courts which use their power to advance a political cause.

Aka Trudy White's court
Where a convicted felon will get a reduced sentence, early release, only to murder a few months later.

I’d take a left slanted Volod thread over the majority of the garbage posted here every day

I worked within the system for over 20 years so take this FWIW.
People want to say our justice system is racially biased. It isn’t. It is however, without question, ECONOMICALLY biased. 100%.
Anyone who thinks that the defendant with a public defender (who has 200 active cases) is getting the same treatment as the guy able to hire private defense counsel, investigators and expert witnesses is a fricking fool.
The perfect example of this? OJ Simpson. Rich and famous (black) guy hires the “dream team” of lawyers with unlimited resources and beats a murder rap for which he was clearly guilty. Fast forward 20 years and a poor OJ can’t beat a bullshite armed robbery charge over some items that were likely his and had been stolen from him.

Originally I was, but after spring break in Biloxi I decided I that was enough of a Black experience.

I only added race as one category. But yes, I agree that economics plays a huge role.
The reason I'm so mad at the Teachers affairs is because we both know a man would be taken to the cleaners and burned alive if the sexes were reversed.
