If you're going by the strict letter of the law then race, sex, or religion doesn't matter. Obviously age matters in many legal situations.
That is not communist and we can't change laws based on "individuality". Crimes are individual in nature and shall be charged as individual crimes, but thats the extent of "individuality" that is realistic for a reasonable and just legal system.
You're right, there should be no difference based on sex.

Collectivist mindset that some groups aren't innocent or are above guilt is terrible. As a matter of fact, it's a COMMUNIST practice. Only communist treat people are as homogeneous groups with no individualism.

The authorities will never take it seriously because a woman is doing it to a man. It's still rape. It's still a violation of whatever professional tenants were established.

Agreed. If you have money the law treats you way worse

I just heard on the news that hotels are at 99% occupancy and the city expects a record night of 500k visitors this weekend.

Does not surprise me. What is worse is the traffic when you get there.
In Biloxi, everywhere was usually packed. Restaurants, gas stations, you name it. Some of the events were very overrated.
I had fun. But its a better experience if you go as a group. It surprised me how introverted some of the others were. You would expect a lot of visitors to mingle. Some people did, but it wasn't the experience I expected.

the answer is we are humans. inherently flawed. ignorance only exaggerates the flaws.

it's about $$$$
those who have it, get better lawyers and get off. Those who don't are fricked, and better look at a plea deal.

Right, but having the better lawyers helps as well.
