If a straight man is friends with a woman and he finds her attractive, he's going to eventually shoot his shot or at least be thinking about it. So there's always an awkward subtext at best, or at worst the relationship turns toxic. A woman can be friends with a gay guy without any romantic or sexual expectations,

They rode the straight white males coattails to being by far the most privileged demographic in the entire world while their fathers, husbands and sons worked their asses off and risked everything to make that happen and as soon as it became fashionable to shite on us they jumped on board so they could claim perpetual victim status while simultaneously being the most privileged group of people in the world. The mind of a woman knows no logic, reason or loyalty at all
The funniest shite to me is they never made a big fuss about getting out of the kitchen and leaving the house until the widespread introduction of cushy office jobs. They never bitched about wanting to work and have their own careers when the only jobs were manual labor and actual hard work

My theory:
White straight women are the single biggest problem with all this stuff. LGBT, BLM, etc.
White women haven’t always had the same rights as men. But because they were still white, and had access to nicer shite, they couldn’t bitch as much as black women, because no one would listen. So even though they were “oppressed”, they still had comfortable and much easier lives than their black counterparts, so no one would listen to them when they bitched.
Then the LGBTQ stuff happened and the straight women STILL can’t compete with that. So they try to be a part of it. Many of them even jump on and say they’re non-binary just so they can have something to feel oppressed about.
I feel like now, every time they have a platform to protest or “rise up”, it doesn’t matter what it is or how dumb it is, they jump on board. It’s like a weird manifestation of all those years they weren’t able to do it because even without equal rights they still had easy lives for the most part.

Same thing for women, that’s why 60 years ago it was a big deal when a woman went to work. A woman going into a male dominated work place can pretend to be brain dead when it comes to the opposite sex for a little while, but sooner or later it’s made perfectly clear. 1964 or 2024 a man is still a man and a ring on either hand doesn’t mean anything. Straight Men and women can’t be friends with each other, if you think otherwise you’re lying to yourself and the wife or husband you love is without a doubt thinking about doing naughty things with his or her friend. It’s human nature and if you allow “Friends” don’t come crying when you find out something happened.
