That stadium already hosted a natty, and will be hosting a Super Bowl, and evetually a world cup.

There's not really a comparison, one is where people travel all the time on vacation and the other is a place where people connect flights to another place. Think about it, even with our "dump" stadium New Orleans is still hosting Super Bowls. Atlanta literally has to build a new stadium every time they want to host one.
