Why do people try so hard to be victims?

Recently my sister (no pics), was trying to convince other family members that I committed crimes against the family I didn't commit. I told her she was full of s**t. When my innocence was verified. She is now claiming I was "mean to her" for saying she was full of s**t.
All she wants to do is be a victim. What do people benefit from being a victim?

We have transitioned from an honor society to a victim society.
That's what happens when society is restructured to produce the best outcomes for the most vulnerable, oppressed, victimized, etc.
A noble cause, but a perversion of society nonetheless.

That's understandable that you don't want to post pics of your wife

I worked with a professional victim...She was good and convinced a lot of people to feel sorry for her. But as time passed people figured her out.
